Crosswalks

Use the Crosswalk pages to define locations, funds, and functions according to ASBR state-requirements. Each of these pages can be used to add and update crosswalks. Locations, funds, and functions in the crosswalk tables will be included in ASBR reports. For details on ASBR codes, refer to your Missouri ASBR state documentation.

Action Bar Item

The following item displays on the Action Bar of all crosswalk pages:

Copy

Displays the Copy Crosswalk page. Use this page to copy crosswalk records from one year to another.

Adding locations to the crosswalk

  1. Select Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Expenditure OR Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Revenues > Click Location Crosswalk to access the Location Crosswalk page.

  2. Click Add New.

  3. In the Location Crosswalk Information section, complete the fields. For details, refer to the Fields section below.

  4. When finished, click OK.

Adding funds to the crosswalk

  1. Select Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Expenditure OR Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Revenues > Click Fund Crosswalk to access the Fund Crosswalk page.

  2. Click Add New.

  3. In the Account Information section, complete the fields. For details, refer to the Fields section below.

  4. When finished, click OK.

Adding functions to the crosswalk

  1. Select Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Expenditure > Click Function Crosswalk to access the Function Crosswalk page.

  2. In the Function Information section, select the year, and then enter the ASBR Function and corresponding Function.

  3. When finished, click OK.

Location Crosswalk Page

Year

Year for the report.

Description

Description of the location.

Location

Code identifying the location. These codes are set up in the Human Resources Locations table.

ASBR Location

State-defined code identifying the location.

Fund Crosswalk Page

Field

Description

Year

Year for the report.

Fund

Code identifying the fund. These codes are set up in the Fund Accounting Organization Chart. For details, refer to the Fund Accounting manual.

Enter:

001 - General Fund
002 - Special Revenue Fund
003 - Debt Service Fund
004 - Capital Projects Fund

Fund Type

Type of fund as defined by ASBR.

Select:

General Fund
Special Revenue Fund
Debt Service Fund
Capital Projects Fund
