ASBR Report - Revenues
The Annual Secretary of the Board Report (ASBR), used by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), is a formal annual financial report that each public school district or charter school in Missouri is required to submit.
ASBR Revenues Report
The ASBR Revenue Detail report:
Includes revenue data for each district, detailed by fund type (General Fund, Special Revenue Fund, Debt Service Fund, and Capital Projects Fund) and by revenue source (local, state, federal, and other revenue).
Shows revenue amounts organized by location and project codes, allowing districts to track revenue at the building/site level and by specific projects or grants, providing detailed accountability for where funds are received.
Includes revenue code classifications that map the district's local revenue account structure to state-mandated reporting codes, ensuring consistency in how revenue categories are reported across all Missouri school districts.
