ASBR Profile Setup
Use the ASBR Profile pages to set up information about your district that will apply to all of the Expenditure and Revenue reports and record loads.
The Profile pages are found at the following locations:
Menu Path: Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Expenditure > Click ASBR Setup
Menu Path: Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Revenues > Click ASBR Setup
Setting up the expenditure profile
Select Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Expenditure, and then click ASBR Setup on the Action Bar to display the Profile page.
Complete the fields. For details, refer to the Fields section below.
When finished, click OK.
Setting up the revenue profile
Select Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Revenues, and then click ASBR Setup on the Action Bar to display the Profile page.
Complete the fields. For details, refer to the Fields section below.
When finished, click OK.

Expenditure Profile Page
Field | Description |

County District Code | State-assigned code identifying your district. Enter code without dashes. |
Organizational Level of Location | Report location for the Location information. Select the organization for the location, and then enter the Starting Position and Ending Position. |
Organizational Level of Function | Report location for the Function information. Select the organization for the function. |
Organizational Level of Project | Report location for the Project information. Select the organization for the project. |
Organizational Level of Source | Report location for the Source information. Select the organization for the source. |
Revenue Profile Page
Field | Description |

County District Code | State-assigned code identifying your district. Enter code without dashes. |
Organizational Level of Location | Report location for the Location information. Select the organization for the location, and then enter the Starting Position and Ending Position. |
Revenue Code Level | Report location for the Revenue Code information. Select the organization for the Revenue Code. |
Revenue Code Starting Position | Starting position on the report for the Revenue Code. |
Organizational Level of Project | Report location for the Project information. Select the organization for the project. |
