ASBR Manual Entry
Use the Expenditure Detail and Revenue Detail pages to manually add, update, delete, and generate list reports on Expenditure and Revenue records. The default names for both list reports is asbrprtrpt.rpt.
The detail pages are found at the following locations:
Menu Path: Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Expenditure
Menu Path: Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Revenues
Updating expenditure records
Select Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Expenditure to display the Expenditure Detail page.
In the Search Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to list, and then click Find.
In the List section, select the desired record, and then click OK.
In the Expenditure Detail section, update records as needed. For details, refer to the Fields section below.
When finished, click OK.
Updating revenue records
Select Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Revenues to display the Revenue Detail page.
In the Search Criteria section, enter criteria identifying the records to list, and then click Find.
In the List section, select the desired record, and then click OK.
In the Revenue Detail section, update the fields as needed. For details, refer to the Fields section below.

Expenditure Detail Page
Field | Description |

Year | Year for the expenditure reporting. |
Organization | Organization for the expenditure. For details, refer to the Organization Chart section of the Fund Accounting manual. |
ASBR Fund | State-defined ASBR fund for the expenditure. Select: 1 - General Fund |
Function | Function for the expenditure. |
Object | Object for the expenditure. |
ASBR Function | State-defined ASBR function for the expenditure. This is set up in the Function Crosswalk. |
ASBR Object | State-defined ASBR object for the expenditure. |
Amount | Amount for the expenditure reporting. |
ASBR Location | State-defined ASBR location for the expenditure. This is set up in the Location Crosswalk. |
ASBR Project | State-defined ASBR Project for the expenditure. |
ASBR Source | State-defined ASBR Source for the expenditure. |
Revenue Detail Page
Field | Description |

Year | Year for the revenue reporting. |
Organization | Organization for the revenue. For details, refer to the Organization Chart section of the Fund Accounting manual. |
Revenue Code | Code identifying the revenue account. Click Lookup to display the Account Search page and look up an account. |
ASBR Fund | State-defined ASBR fund for the revenue. Select: 1 - General Fund |
ASBR Location | State-defined ASBR location for the expenditure. This is set up in the Location Crosswalk. |
ASBR Project | State-defined ASBR Project for the expenditure. |
Amount | Amount for the revenue reporting. |
