ASBR Loading

Use the Load pages to load Expenditure and Revenue records for ASBR reporting. Loading records will use the crosswalks to retrieve locations, funds, and functions.

Load pages are found at the following locations:

Menu Path:  Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Expenditure > Click Load

Menu Path:  Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Revenues > Click Load

Loading expenditure records

1. Select Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Expenditure, and then click Load to display the Load Expenditures page.

2. In the Load Criteria section, select the year to load for, and then click OK.
   If records for that year already exist, you will be asked if you would like to overwrite those records. Click OK to overwrite that year.

Loading revenue records

1. Select Fund Accounting > State > State > MO ASBR Report - Revenues, and then click Load to display the Load Revenues page.

2. In the Load Criteria section, select the year to load for, and then click OK.
   If records for that year already exist, you will be asked if you would like to overwrite those records. Click OK to overwrite that year.
