For each employee whose name, date of birth, or credential license number is in the PIC file, the system updates the Staff State ID field on the Personnel tab of the Employee Information page with the Michigan REP PIC code from the PIC file. The REP Upload Error Log is created if the information in the PIC file does not match employee records, or if a PIC already exists for a particular employee, in which case the record is not updated.
Run the Load Employee Information process to update the records in the Compliance table.
