MiWAM Format - File Layout and Data Mapping - Employer Tax Report (H) Record

The following table lists the field names, descriptions, positions, lengths, formats, data sources or valid values, and whether the field is required for the MiWAM format report’s Employer Tax Report (H) record.

The next three digits are derived from the Unit Number Location on the MI Quarterly Wage Report - Setup - Employer page and the location mapping logic on the Location Table page.

The filing calendar quarter.

The first digit is the reporting quarter (1-4), and the next four digits are the reporting year.
