Use the Assignments page to store the per-employee position, location, budget unit, subject area codes, FTE percentages, and Title I paraprofessional flags that the system uses to generate the Annual Staff Report.
Enter Assignment information for regular employees
On the Employee Information page, the Pending Status for a regular employee is blank.

On the start page, select Human Resources.

Select Entry & Processing, then from the Employee menu, select Employee Information.

Enter the Search Criteria and select Search. Alternatively, you can select Exclude Pending Employees and then select Search.
Refer to Search for records for more information. -
Select the relevant employee record and select Accept.

Select Personnel Information and then select Assignments.

Select Add new. Refer to the Field descriptions and enter valid information.

Select Accept.
Enter Assignment information for pending employees
Pending employees require additional information to complete their records. On the Employee Information page, the record's Pending Status displays as Add Pending.

On the start page, select Human Resources.

Select Entry & Processing, then from the Employee menu, select Employee Information.

Enter the Search Criteria and select Search. Alternatively, you can select Only List Pending Employees and then select Search.

Select the relevant employee record and select Accept.

Select Assignments.

Select Add new. Refer to the Field descriptions and enter valid information.

Select Finish.

On the navigation bar, select Finish.

Select OK.

Indicates whether the employee is a community school coordinator. Applicable only for employees in position code 25. If selected for an employee in any other position code, the flag is not applied when the Annual Staff Report data is loaded, and a warning appears in the Load Summary Report. Valid values:

TAS FTE |
The full-time equivalency for the employee's Title I Academic Support role for this assignment. Enter as a decimal value (for example, 0.5). Must be less than or equal to 1. |
