EFIN-124727 | W2 Electronic File for Kansas State Filing | An electronic W2 file may now be created for Kansas in the format required by the state. To report KPERS amounts, Box 14 should be defined in the W2 work file box 14 setup with the label ‘KPERS’ corresponding to the KPERS deduction. When creating the W2 electronic file, including RS records and selecting the state KS, the file will include RS records in EFW2 format as defined by Kansas. This includes the Box 14 KPERS amounts. |
