Setup - Budget Form - Purge

Use this option to delete setup and crosswalk data for a year. You must perform this procedure to delete unwanted data from past years or to remove erroneously entered data. You cannot recover the data that has been deleted.

This setup is the same as the following reports:

If you completed the setup for any of these reports, it does not need to be done for the year you are processing.

  1. On the IL Budget Form page, select Setup, and then Purge.

  2. Select the Reporting Year.

  3. Select Submit and then Yes.

  4. Click OK.
