EFIN-102120	Option to override employee’s annual rate for IL TRS Payroll Report	On the TRS Reporting User Defined page 32001, the user can now enter a dollar value to override an employee’s Annual Rate on the TRS Payroll report.
EFIN-102729	Corrected the negative Sick/Personal day values in IL TRS Payroll Report	For the IL TRS Payroll Report, the employees with negative Sick/Personal Days will be loaded with zero days instead of the negative value. A warning message is added in the Load error log to identify those employees for whom negative Sick/Personal Days is loaded with zero days.
