Assign VRS Hybrid Deductions
Menu Path
From the Human Resources menu, select Entry & Processing. From the Employee menu, select Employee Deductions.
Assign Deductions
You must assign the deductions to employees after creating VRS Hybrid deduction codes.
Refer to the Employee Deductions page and set up employee deduction records.

Example 1
New employees with no voluntary deduction should have the following deductions assigned:
Hybrid Mandatory Defined Benefit
Hybrid Mandatory Defined Contribution Employee
Hybrid Mandatory Defined Contribution Employer
Hybrid Defined Benefit Employer Contribution
Example 2
New employees with a 1.0 % voluntary deduction should have the following deductions assigned:
Hybrid Mandatory Defined Benefit
Hybrid Mandatory Defined Contribution Employee
Hybrid Mandatory Defined Contribution Employer
Hybrid Defined Benefit Employer Contribution
Hybrid Voluntary Defined Contribution Employee

Example 3
New employees with a 4.0 % voluntary deduction should have the following deductions assigned:
