| EFIN-48507 | SC - PCS Report Modifications | Modified the South Carolina PCS Report to accommodate changes required to report the data and format necessary for the new PCS Compensation System. Modifications to the following areas are included: Load The District Number field has been changed to District Code, and a maximum of 10 characters can be entered. An EIA Factor field has been added and can be entered as a value between 0 and 1 with up to 15 decimal places. The EIA Factor can be found on the State Statutory Minimum Schedule published by the Department of Education. The value will default after the initial entry. The load processing has been modified to extract new fields and calculate the Local Teacher Supplement.
Maintenance Window Tabs for Demographic, Assignment, and License data have been added to the maintenance window. Multiple assignments and licenses can be added per a demographic record. Several new fields have been added to the assignment data, including Local Teacher Supplement, Certificate Number, Position Start Date, Position End Date, and Notes.
Reports The PDF and Excel have been modified to allow reporting of multiple assignments and certifications in addition to including newly required fields. The Electronic File option has been modified to export the data in the XML format required for the new PCS Compensation System.
