EFIN-49958Rhode Island - ERSRI Report - Data Extract changes for Employer and Federally Funded Wages optimization

Incorporated the following changes to address Rhode Island ERSRI Employer and Federally Funded wages optimizations:

  • Fetch Div / Loc code from the 32001 screen and assign it to an employee record:

A similar approach as TIAA. The Load screen value will be present, and the 32001 value acts as an override if present.

  • Employer wages optimization:

Employer wages have to be fetched from the Pay codes where there are few deduction exemptions.
Deduction exemptions should be considered for contribution calculation only and not for the wage calculation.

  • Federally Funded wages optimization:

Deduction exemptions should be considered for contribution calculation only and not for the wage calculation (same as the above employer wages).
To be considered based on the Federal vs. Regular deduction from the Deduction Setup.
Federally Funded Funds setup is not needed, and hence the option Setup > Federal Funded Funds is hidden.

  • Load Summary Report Changes

Load summary report need not fetch Inactive / Terminated employees and show them in the errors as "No contributions reported".
Load summary report needs to fetch Inactive / Terminated employees who are terminated in the given load criteria range only.

  • The number of days default logic should be applied only for the Certified employees. For others, it will be 0.
