| EFIN-89721 | Pennsylvania PIMS Change for 2022-23 Snapshot | The PA Department of Education added a new Gender Identity field to the PIMS data collection for 2022-23. The Gender Identity field is optionally reported if the employee identifies as non-binary or a gender that is not listed. This new field is added for editing to the Human Resources - State - PA PIMS Report employee demographic information in versions 19.4 and higher. In software versions 20.11 and higher, the Gender Identity field is loaded during the PA PIMS Load process from the Human Resources - Entry & Processing - Employee Information. The Gender Identity field is also added to the hard copy report, Excel file, and electronic submission file. |
