PA - PSERS Work Records - correction for the split pay code calculation when the report and fiscal year selected differ.

In Human Resources > State > PA Retirement (PSERS) > Load > Load Work Information, when the Report Year and Fiscal Year were different, and a pay code was entered on the Split Pay Code tab, the split pay calculation did not calculate the Contributions in the prior year work record flagged as split pay. The Contribution was set to 0.00. This caused an error to be detected when submitting the records to the state. This issue has been corrected.


PSERS Demographic Load Will Now Exclude Pending Employees With Pay Rates

There was an issue where the PSERS Demographic load would include pending employees if they had pay rates even when the Include Pending Employees checkbox was unchecked. This has been corrected, so they will only load if the checkbox is checked, regardless of whether they have a pay rate. Additionally, validation has been added to the PSERS Work Load to identify pending employees who have received pay.
