Location Codes

Set Up Location Codes

Before generating reports, you must set up valid location codes on the Location Codes page.

  1. On the start page, select System Administration.

  2. Select Administration, then from the Security menu, select Location Codes.

  3. Enter the search criteria to find the required location codes, then select Search.

  4. To add a record, select Add new. Enter valid information in the required fields, then click Accept

  5. You can edit or delete records:

    • To edit a record, select the relevant record, and select Accept.

    • To delete a record, select Delete. Select Yes.
