Location Field Changed For PA Local Tax Monthly/Quarterly Report

Recently, the Location field on Human Resources > State > PA Local Tax > PA Local Tax Monthly/Quarterly Report was changed from a text field to a multi-select dropdown populated by the Location reference table. The problem is that it was changed to always be populated by Human Resources > Reference Tables > Personnel > Locations when there is a field on the System Administration > Profiles > Human Resources Profile > State Window page, which allows for choosing where the Employee Location Type is defined. The options for Personnel Location and Check Location use the mentioned reference table. However, the option of Base Location uses the locations found in System Administration > Security > Location Codes, and the None option will use no locations when generating the PA Local Tax Monthly/Quarterly Report.

The PA Local Tax Monthly/Quarterly Report page has been corrected to populate the Location field from the correct Reference Table or to hide it if None is selected for the Employee Location Type.
