Base Employee Information

Before generating reports, ensure you enter valid information on the Employee Information page.

Enter Information For Regular Employees

On the Employee Information page, the Pending Status for a regular employee is blank.

  1. On the start page, select Human Resources.

  2. Select Entry & Processing, then from the Employee menu, select Employee Information

  3. Enter the search criteria, then select SearchAlternatively, select Exclude Pending Employees, then select Search.

  4. Select the relevant employee record and select Accept

  5. Enter valid information in the following fields:

    • Social Security

    • Last Name

    • First Name

    • Sex at Birth

    • Birthdate

    • Hire Date

    • Address

    • City

    • State

    • Zip Code

  6. Select Accept.

Enter Information For Pending Employees

Pending employees require additional information to complete the employee record. On the Employee Information page, the Pending Status on the record displays Add Pending.

  1. On the start page, select Human Resources.

  2. Select Entry & Processing, then from the Employee menu, select Employee Information.

  3. Enter the search criteria, then select Search. Alternatively, select Only List Pending Employees, then select Search.

  4. Select the relevant employee record and click Accept.

  5. Select Base Employee Information. 

  6. In the General section, enter valid information in the following fields:

    • Social Security

    • Last Name

    • First Name

    • Birthdate

    • Hire Date

  7. Select the Address tab and enter valid information in the following fields:

    • Address

    • City

    • State

    • Zip Code

  8. Select Next and enter valid information on the following page. Repeat this step until you reach the last page.

  9. Select Finish.

  10. Select OK.
