EFIN-64954PS PSERS Work Report - Change in Error Messages for Negative amounts

Pennsylvania retirement PSERS reporting requires that work records should not be reported as negative amounts. Only separate adjustment records should report negative amount information. Hence, work report logging is updated to indicate whenever there is a negative amount, which the user can review and manually update. The message on the Work Report hard copy is:
** EMPLOYEE CONTAINS NEGATIVE VALUES, WHICH WILL BE CONVERTED TO POSITIVE VALUES ON THE ELECTRONIC FILE - REVIEW BEFORE FILING **
If there is a negative gross and deduction amount, customers should add an adjustment record and remove the negative work report. The work record is unnecessary if the customers manually report the negatives directly in the PSERS system. The adjustment need not be re-reported and is retained as historical information.
