User Defined Table Code CR

The Table Code CR on the User Defined Tables page in the Fund Accounting module is used to define Cash Receipt Description crosswalk codes for Ohio EMIS (Education Management Information System) financial reporting.

This table code crosswalks Fund Accounting cash record codes to ODE (Ohio Department of Education) description values. The crosswalk allows districts to translate their internal cash receipt codes into the standardized descriptions required for Ohio EMIS QC (Financial) record reporting.

Populate CR

  1. On the start page, select Fund Accounting.

  2. Select Reference Tables, then from the Fund Accounting menu, select User Defined Codes.

  3. Select Add new.

  4. Specify the Table Code as CR.

  5. In the Code field, enter 0000.

  6. In the Title field, enter ODE Description Crosswalk.

  7. Select Accept.

  8. Create records for the remaining codes:

    1. Specify the Table Code as CR.

    2. In the Code field, enter an account code.

    3. In the Title field, enter the ODE description.

    4. Select Accept.

The two-character prefix identifying this as a Cash Receipt crosswalk table (e.g., "CR").

Code

The internal code value being crosswalked (up to 10 characters).

Title

The ODE-compliant description for the cash record (up to 25 characters).

This description is used in Ohio EMIS financial reporting.
