EFIN-76636	OH Quarterly Wage UDF Data Saved	Modified the QTD Clear option for Ohio so that the User Defined Page with Credit Weeks is saved for use with the Ohio Quarterly Wage report, which uses data from Check History for reporting. A future release will be provided to use this data and remove the requirement where Quarterly Wage is loaded BEFORE the Quarter Clear option is run.
