EFIN-81311	OH - Foundation Reconciliation: Colon: operator allowed to select dates when adding a record	OH - Foundation Reconciliation: Fixed the error that occurred while selecting dates with a colon operator while adding a record.
EFIN-81903	Unable to save the EMIS Building IRN Codes	Users were unable to save the EMIS Building IRN Codes under EMIS > All > EMIS Reference Tables > EMIS Building IRN Codes. The issue is fixed as a part of this release.
EFIN-82674	MCN SERS Contribution Report - Earning Calculation fixed	MCN SERS contribution Report - Inflated earnings due to fringe inclusion for normal plan types fixed. The fringe will be included in Pickup on Pickup plan types.
EFIN-82709	OH SERS Contribution Report - Missing employees	OH SERS contribution Report load was fixed to include excluded employees due to unhandled NULL errors while calculating salary and contributions.
