NH State Required Window - New Fields Added for NHRS

In preparation for the NHRS upgrade to Pension Gold 3.0 the following fields have been added to Human Resources - Entry & Processing - Employee Information - Payroll - State Required:

Hire Date - The hire date of the NHRS member if the date to be reported is different from the hire date in Employee Information.

Participate Dt - The participation begin date for the NHRS member. This date will be required to be reported in Pension Gold 3.0.

Term Reason - The NHRS termination reason code if it is different from the employee’s termination code or the state termination code associated with the termination code on the Termination Codes reference table. The valid values are 0312 =Terminated Employment, 0311 = Settlement, 2419 = Duty Death, 2422 = Non-duty Death, 2424 = Violent Death, or it can be left blank.

Marital Status - The NHRS marital status code for the member. This is optionally reported in Pension Gold 3.0. The valid values are 2075 = Divorced, 573 = Domestic Partner, 2071 = Married, 2073 = Separated, 2068 = Single, 3470 = Widowed, or it can be left blank.
