EFIN-114631	Option added to replace annual base salary with calculated contract salary in NH Monthly Retirement Report 3.0 load	In Human Resources > State > NH Monthly Retirement Report 3.0: Load, a new checkbox, Replace Annual Base Salary, has been added to the load to provide an option for the user to replace the annual base salary with the contract salary. This ensures that both the contract salary and the annual base salary on the Wages/Taxes tab have the same value for the employees loaded.
