| EFIN-87925 | MO OASIS - Substitute Teaching Work Limit Waiver | Effective July 1, 2022, the governor signed Senate Bill 681 to create a Substitute Teaching Work Limit Waiver. The waiver allows any PSRS or PEERS retiree to substitute teach for a PSRS/PEERS covered employer or third-party provider without any limits through June 30, 2025. In order to accommodate the new waiver, a wage code type of “T - Non-Member Substitute Teaching WAR Waiver” is added to the existing Wage Type field in the Human Resources - Reference Table - Pay codes. This new wage type is similar to the R and O wage types. The wage type should be associated with a pay code to allow reporting of multiple records. The new “T” code is also added to the wage type field in the following areas within the MO OASIS Report:
The T wage type can only be reported with position code 030. An error is received during the Load process if a wage type T is found for a position other than 030. |
