EFIN-90331MI ORS-PSERS - Added new User Defined Table Code to Human Resources Profile State Window

For the Michigan ORS-PSERS report, a new field, Table Code for Pay Codes not Reportable for DTL4, has been added to System Administration - Profiles - Human Resources Profile - State Window in the Retirement Pay Codes section. A user-defined table needs to be created by the district in Human Resources - Reference Tables - Personnel - User Defined Codes to enter the pay codes that are not reportable for Defined Contribution (DC or DTL4) wages for retirement. The table code used to create this table then needs to be entered in this new field on the Human Resources Profile - State Window.

The retirement program now uses this user-defined table to determine wages that should not be reported on a DTL4 record when the employee is not participating in a Defined Contribution Plan. This update is to correct issues districts are having with wages being incorrectly reported because the wages are not reportable for Defined Benefit plans but should be reportable for Defined Contribution plans.
