Degrees
Specify degrees earned by employees to report Michigan-sponsored and non-Michigan sponsored institution information for Michigan Education Information System (MEIS) Registry of Educational Personnel (REP) reporting.
Specify Degree Information For Regular Employees
Regular employees do not have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.
- On the start page, choose Human Resources. 
- Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee). 
- Specify the search criteria, then click Search. 
 Alternatively, you can select Exclude Pending Employees, then click Search.
- Double-click the relevant employee record. 
- Click Personnel Information, then choose Degrees. 
- Enter valid information in all the fields. Click Insert Row to add another degree. 
- Click Accept. 
Specify Degree Information For Pending Employees
Pending employees have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.
- On the start page, choose Human Resources. 
- Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee). 
- Specify the search criteria, then click Search. 
 Alternatively, you can select Only List Pending Employees, then click Search.
- Double-click the relevant employee record. 
- Click Degree Information (under Personnel). 
- Enter valid information in all the fields. Click Insert Row to add another degree. 
- Click Finish. 
Select Sponsoring if the school is the Michigan/Non-Michigan sponsored institution for the employee.
