Implemented the following fixes for Maryland compliance reports:

  • Messaging tooltip on pay runs fixed.

EFIN-70517MD Annual Staff Report - Report Generation Error Fixed

Corrected the Maryland Annual Staff report generation error by handling null information in the FTE data.
