MD Annual Staff Report - Maintenance Screen Records Update

MD Annual Staff Report - The update of records in the maintenance screen was not checking unique values in the Position, Building, and Budget Fields. This issue has been fixed.

This change is applicable to versions 20.11.63.0 and 22.4.25.0.

Annual Staff Report - Employee's Gender Load Logic enhancement

The following changes are made for the MD Annual Staff Report:

• If the Gender Identity is enabled (Menu path: From the System Administration menu, select Administration. From the Profiles menu, select Human Resource Profile. In System Options, clear the Hide Gender Identity check box), then the Employee’s Gender gets loaded using the Gender Identity field.

• If the Gender Identity is disabled (Menu path: From the System Administration menu, select Administration. From the Profiles menu, select Human Resource Profile. In System Options, select the Hide Gender Identity check box), then the Employee’s Gender gets loaded using the Gender field and State Required screen 32002 - Non-Binary field as an override.

This change is applicable to versions 20.11.63.0 and 22.4.25.0.

Annual Staff Report - Social Security Number field Changes on the electronic file based on the latest specifications

The MD Annual Staff Report electronic file has been changed for the Social Security Number field.

Based on the latest specifications from the MARYLAND STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, now the MD Annual Staff Report’s electronic file prints only the last four digits of the Social Security Number instead of printing all nine digits.

This change is applicable to versions 20.11.63.0 and 22.4.25.0.
