Field to Exclude Wages from Earnings Limitation Report is added to the Pay Code Reference Table

A new Exclude Earnings check box is added to the pay code reference table for Maryland. If selected, the applicable pay code will be excluded when totaling the wages for the Earnings Limitation report.

A change to exclude these wages from the Earnings Limitation report will be included in a future release.

This change is applicable to versions 20.11.61.0 and 22.4.23.0.

New MSDE Transaction Details menu link

A new option, MSDE Transaction Details is added to the Fund Accounting - State menu to create the Transaction Details Report. Based on the selection of the Use GL Account Crosswalk option on the Human Resources Profile - State page, the Load option will either load the data based on the Reporting Structure and Level Crosswalk specified in the Setup option or load the data based on the GL Account Crosswalk defined. The Level Crosswalk can be used to specify crosswalks on the values in the individual levels of your organization code, whereas the GL Account Crosswalk crosswalks the entire organization code to the appropriate MSDE values.

Ensure to complete the proper setup before executing the Load option.

Once the data is loaded, it is available to view and edit before running the Reports option.

Column title headings are overlapping with totals and subtotals

When Report Sort is set to sort by System code for the Retirement System report, the totals and subtotals overlap with the column headers. This issue is fixed.

Label changes for consistency

Label changes are made for the reporting structure and crosswalks to make the application consistent. For example, labels with PowerSchool ERP Org Level are changed to Local Org Level.

This change is applicable to all three versions.
