LA Retirement – Employee List

The Employee List produces a report of employees as requested by TRSL (Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana), used in compiling a list of eligible voters in the yearly Board of Trustee elections. One specific request from TRSL is a list of employees paid from food service funds.

The LA Retirement – Employee List is accessed by selecting the following menu path: Human Resources > State > LA Retirement – Employee List.

Generating Reports and Files

On the Report Information screen, the user may enter the following report criteria:

  • Employer ID: The four-digit employer ID. This is included in the electronic file only. If left blank the electronic file will contain blanks employee IDs.

  • Pay Groups to Include: Enter any pay groups to be included in the report. If left blank all pay groups will be included.

  • Job Classes to Include: Enter any job classes to be included in the report. If left blank all job classes will be included.
    Each time the report is run both the hardcopy and electronic files will be produced. The electronic file is written to the user's log folder with the name emplist.tpe.
