 EFIN-73350LA - EdLink Vacant Staff Payroll Extracts

The state has posted a layout for the vacant staff extracts on their EdLink360 website. The layout includes where the data was previously reported in PEP. The Vacant Staff should be included with the Staff Extracts with a separate report output. This is the creation of the vacant payroll file vacant_payroll_ldoe.tsv

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. The option is run from the LA PEP report Reports option. The user must select new report types of EdLink or PEP. If PEP is selected, the current report types will be displayed as report options. If the user selects the Report Type EdLink, radio buttons are displayed for the EdLink Options, including Vacant Staff Payroll.
  2. When the user chooses the Vacant Staff Payroll, they are given the option to print a verification report, including the employee name and employee number. All other data in the electronic file is in either the hard copy or excel formats (similar to staff payroll).
  3. The electronic files are automatically generated with the creation of the verification report.
  4. Reports and electronic files for the Vacant Staff Payroll must use the State Staff ID for the local staff key per state layout.
  5. Vacant Staff is NOT included in the Staff Extract (Staff, Staff Assignment, and Staff Payroll) reports and files.
