EFIN-64436	LA PEP Report Load Fatal Error corrected	During the Louisiana PEP Load process, an update of the PEP site table failed due to an incorrect SQL statement for minutes and account information. Also, when loading the message that there is demo data present that will be deleted is looking for all report types in the year - added a check of the record type for Actual or Budget.
