Financial Data by Fund Report - File Layout and Data Mapping

The default file names for the Financial Data by Fund report are:

Jan - Dec (Calendar) report: IN_Financial Data by Fund_Electronic File_<YYYY>_Calendar.csv
Jul - Jun (Fiscal) report: IN_Financial Data by Fund_Electronic File_<YYYY>_Fiscal.csv

A	Section	The specific reporting category of the financial data as required by the State of Indiana.	Valid values: 1 = Receipts 2 = Expenditures 3 = Receipts Exceptions 4 = Expenditure Exceptions 5 = Beginning Cash Balance 7 = Beginning Investment Balance Retrieved from the Section field on the Fund Accounting Data form of the IN Financial Data by Fund Report page.
B	Fund	The specific fund for which financial data is being reported.	Retrieved from the Fund field on the Fund Accounting Data form of the IN Financial Data by Fund Report page.
C	Fund Name	The description identifying what the fund is used for.	Retrieved from the Fund Name field on the Fund Accounting Data form of the IN Financial Data by Fund Report page.
D	Account	The account as it appears in the ledgers.	Retrieved from the Account field on the Fund Accounting Data form of the IN Financial Data by Fund Report page.
E	Amount	The cumulative total for all 13 periods for this organization/account or fund/account.	Retrieved from the Amount field on the Fund Accounting Data form of the IN Financial Data by Fund Report page.
