Personnel Tab - Location
Before generating reports, you must enter valid location information on the Employee Information page.
If you want employees' locations set up on the Employee Information page to default to newly added EIS positions, you must enter the Location Code (5 characters or less) that was set up for work locations in the State Location Code field on the Location Table page.
Specify Information For Regular Employees
Regular employees do not have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.
On the start page, choose Menu, then choose Human Resources.
Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee).
Specify the search criteria, then click Find.
Alternatively, you can select Exclude Pending Employees, then click Find.Double-click the relevant employee record.
Click Personnel, then select a Location.
On the navigation bar, click OK.
Specify Information For Pending Employees
Pending employees have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.
On the start page, choose Menu, then choose Human Resources.
Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee).
Specify the search criteria, then click Find.
Alternatively, you can select Only List Pending Employees, then click Find.Double-click the relevant employee record.
Click Personnel Information (under Personnel), then select a Location.
Click Finish.
On the navigation bar, click Finish.
Click OK.
