EFIN-96534	Include non-cash pay-codes in IL TRS Payroll Report compensation	The IL TRS Payroll Report load will not include pay on paycodes when marked as non-cash, for which IL TRS Payment reasons have been defined in the Payroll Reference Table.
EFIN-95854	IL TRS Report Earnings Calculation for SSP Plans	Earnings are now included while loading data for report type SSP. Previously, earnings were reported as zero for SSP plans.
EFIN-95222	Remove the field requirement from the Employee Type field	The Employee Type field required entry on the employee’s State Required window. The field validations for the Employee Type field are now updated, so this field can be blank, while the previous values F, P, S, H, and E are still the only valid characters.
