Degrees
Specify degrees earned by employees to report the baccalaureate college code, highest degree, and advanced college code for the Basic Educational Data Survey (BEDS).
Specify Degree Information For Regular Employees
Regular employees do not have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.
On the application start page, choose Menu, then choose Human Resources.
Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee).
Specify the search criteria, then click Find.
Alternatively, you can select Exclude Pending Employees, then click Find.Double-click the relevant employee record.
On the navigation bar, click Personnel Information, then select Degrees.
Enter valid information in all the fields. Click Insert Row to add another degree.
On the navigation bar, click OK.
Specify Degree Information For Pending Employees
Pending employees have a Pending Status of Add Pending on the Employee Information page.
On the application start page, choose Menu, then choose Human Resources.
Click Entry & Processing, then choose Employee Information (under Employee).
Specify the search criteria, then click Find.
Alternatively, you can select Only List Pending Employees, then click Find.Double-click the relevant employee record.
Click Degree Information (under Personnel).
Enter valid information in all the fields.
On the navigation bar, click OK.
Click Finish.
