Certified Annual Report - File Layouts
The default file name is CAR<YYYY><District ID>.csv.
Record Layout
The following table lists the fields, data type, length, and notes for the CAR electronic file.

Header Record
The first record of the import file contains the District ID. Fields following the District ID are represented by zeroes (0).
Example: 4203,0,00,0000,0000,000,0000,000,0000,000,0
Trailer Record
The last record of the import file contains the District ID and the count of records in the input file including the header and trailer records. The count of records is stored in the Amount field. Fields between the District ID and Amount fields are represented by nines (9).
