EFIN-121005	Fix AR custom redistribution	Correction to how fringe benefits are pulled when a check is redistributed so that you do not have duplicated benefits for AR if the pay being redistributed is on multiple job classes. The flaw was that the process was not using the job class to pull the associated benefit, so it would pull the benefit numerous times when there were multiple classes.
