EFIN-81640	ARK - Update Years of Service Calculation Fixed	ARK Update Years of service calculation was fixed for employees with no service experience.
EFIN-81654	AR - State Retirement Report Favorite returns to prior software	When selected, the Arkansas State Retirement Favorite reference displays the new software.
EFIN-80160	ARK Teacher Retirement Records: Missing employee records and duplicated records fixed in data migration utility	The data migration utility for Arkansas Teacher retirement migration was fixed to remove duplicate employee records and display the missing records. This utility must be rerun for the Teacher Retirement report to fix the variance in the employee records.
