AR TRS Retirement Report - Variance Issue

AR TRS Monthly/Quarterly Retirement Report - The following issues are fixed:

If the same check is associated with more than one retirement deduction code, then multiple records are created against the same check, causing a variance. This issue has been fixed as part of the data load for TRS.
If the same deduction code is associated with multiple checks, then multiple records are created against each check, causing a variance. This issue has been fixed as part of the data load for TRS.
